HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?
Returns request via email must be received within 7days from the day you received your package. Once we respond with the paperwork the returns package must be received by Isidora The Label within 14days, failing to do so the refund will not be accepted.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT?
Full priced items will be refunded, minus any shipping costs incurred by ISIDORA the label.
Sale items will not be refunded/exchanged/credited. Sale items are final.
WHAT CONDITION DOES MY RETURN NEED TO BE IN?
All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We will not be able to accept items that don't meet these criteria or are non-refundable.
Monogrammed bikinis will not be returned or refunded as they have been customised to you
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE MADE?
Returns will be processed within 7 days of Isidora The Label receiving your package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be aware when receiving a refund a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR SALE ITEMS?
Clearance items can not be returned.
Please note in some circumstances we can consider an exchange on a full price item/s bought during a temporary sale. If return is approved sale items will be returned for a credit notes equal to the amount paid during the sale. The credit note can not be used in conjunction with any another sale or promotion.
HOW SHOULD I TRY ON MY SWIMWEAR?
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
